Skywerks Downloadable Logo Usage Guidelines
The Skywerks logo(s) on this page are available for download and are subject to the following terms:
The Skywerks logo(s) are and shall remain the exclusive property of Skywerks. Parties are not granted any right, title or interest in the Skywerks logo, except on the conditions granted for use as may be provided under a separate Agreement between authorized parties and Skywerks, which may require additional disclaimers. All rights and usage of the Skywerks logo will inure to the benefit of Skywerks.
Authorized parties shall use the Skywerks logo(s) in the same manner and quality as provided below and shall not be redrawn, re-colored, distorted, altered or disparaged.
Skywerks's tradelogo(s) and logo(s) may not be presented or used: (a) in a manner that suggests that editorial content has been authored by, or represents the views or opinions of, Skywerks or any Skywerks representative, agent, personnel or affiliate; (b) in a manner that is misleading, defamatory, infringing or otherwise objectionable; (c) in connection with any material that infringes the trademark, copyright or any other rights of a third party; (d) as part of a name of a product or service of a company other than Skywerks; or (e) in a manner that infringes, derogates, dilutes, or impairs the rights of Skywerks.
Authorized parties may make no representation or warranty regarding Skywerks, its products &/or services.
Authorized parties may not register any Skywerks tradelogo(s), logo(s) or trade names that are identical to or similar to Skywerks's tradelogo(s), logo(s) or trade names.
Skywerks may terminate use of Skywerks logo(s) by authorized parties at any time, for any reason and authorized party shall immediately cease all use of the Skywerks logo(s).
Each time one of the Skywerks logo(s) is used, the following should appear within the document:

The .GIF files are to be used for all electronic formats. The .TIF files should be used for all printed materials.
By downloading any of the Skywerks logo(s), you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions above.
